Director of Sales

Cordillera Broadcasting, running a group of the premier small market local media company's in the country, is looking for a Director of Sales for KRIS Communications in Corpus Christi, Texas. The candidate must be aggressive, dynamic and motivated. Responsibilities will include sales budgeting and inventory control for all five of our affiliated stations, including NBC, CBS, CW, Telemundo and KDF-Independent, and a growing group of Web sites. The successful candidate will also lead the national sales effort and have the ability to position and sell all five of our affiliates on a daily basis. Must be a skilled negotiator, organized, and be able to train and motivate the largest sales staff in the market. Must be able to sell our vision both inside and outside the building.

Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, OSI and Strata. Position requires a college degree with 2-4 years in sales management with a proven track record of success in achieving revenue goals.
