Production Assistant/Studio Camera/Photographer

KATC TV3, an ABC affiliate, in Lafayette, LA,  has an immediate Part Time opening for a
Production Assistant/Studio Camera Operator/Photographer.  Job description includes operating studio
camera for live newscasts and shooting video and operating live truck for KATC.
It will also include posting content to our website at KATC.com as well as any other
duties as assigned by Operations Manager or News Director.  College degree preferred but not required. Candidate
must be a self starter who is able to work well with others in a fast pace environment
and be able to communicate effectively.  Candidate
must be able to complete tasks quickly and accurately. Nights, weekends, and
holiday shifts are required. This is an entry level position.  Must be able to meet company vehicle
operation requirements. Closing date for referrals, when position is filled.
